Dehydration can definitely make you nauseous. It's very important to remember to drink.

I feel dizzy and nauseous when I am too tired, don't drink enough H2O, and/or drink caffeine. Hope that helps!

I felt very nauseaus in the beginning too. I didn't really figure out exactly what was causing it, but it was suggested to me that it could be engorgement or maybe due to recovering from birth...

I hate to say it... Riley is 5 1/2 months old, and I still get a little nauseous every time he feeds... and I am always hydrated. It passes quickly, though!
